Handcrafted jams, exciting flavours and surprising combinations!
An authentic monastic product made by the sisters.
In our monastery garden we cultivate apples and quince for our jam production. All the sisters help to harvest and process these. We buy the other kinds of fruit. The making and packaging of the jam is totally done by the sisters.
