To which countries do you ship orders?
We deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg and Germany.
Do you live in another European country and would you like to order from us?
Then please contact us.
What are the shipping costs?
We charge fixed shipping costs:
Belgium: 6,50 euro
Netherlands: 7,50 euro
Germany: 9.85 Euro
France: 13,50 euro
Luxembourg: 11,50 euro
How long is the delivery time?
Normally we deliver within a maximum of 6 working days after receipt of your order and payment.
Is your order not delivered after 6 working days ?
Then please contact us.
Do you also have a physical store?
Yes, we have our own modest monastery store. In addition, there are several (abbey) stores that sell our products. You can find all our outlets on our website.
Can I also pick up my order?
That is possible. In that case, choose ‘pick up in store’ during the ordering process. Your order will be ready in our Monastery Store 2 working days after the order date.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
Have you not received a confirmation email 2 hours after placing your order ? Then please check your spambox or contact us.
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer several payment methods (including Bancontact, Ideal and several bank cards) through Mollie. These payments are guaranteed safe through a secure connection.
Can I return an order?
Within 14 days you can return your order to us without giving any reason. Only undamaged and unused items that are in the original packaging, along with all accessories and the invoice can be returned. The shipping costs for the return shipment are to be borne by you. Upon receipt, the full purchase amount will be refunded to your account. Make sure you pack the items well so that they are not damaged. You can send the return shipment to the following address:

Being able to return a product falls under the right of withdrawal and is determined by law. You can read more about this in the general terms and conditions.
I have received my order with damage! What to do?
We pack our shipments securely and carefully. Should it happen that you receive a damaged package, then we ask you to act as follows:
If the damage is visible on the outside of the package, please tell the driver who delivers the package and sign for receipt of the package stating “damage”.
Please take the following photos (these will be used to claim the damage from the carrier).
– 1 picture of the outer package with the shipping label visible
– 1 photo of the inner packaging and protective material
– 3 photos of the items. This means 1 photo of all items together and 2 detail photos
Please contact us via the contact form and include the photos.
As soon as we receive your damage report + photos, we will prepare a package for you with a replacement for the damaged goods and send it to you free of charge.
